EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

Please note that AllêbyApril will offer a size exchange for any styles purchased, once returned unworn or unwashed in a sellable condition, and with the packaging intact.

TIMELINE

in 24hrs from delivery time for purchases within Lagos.

in 3-5 days for purchases outside Lagos (Inter-State).

Please note: all items are carefully checked for malfunctions and defects by our team before packaging any product.

If any returns have been intentionally damaged or worn by an act on the part of the customer as a ground for refund, we may refuse in our discretion to refund. We may also discontinue our business relationship with such customer.

Please note that the delivery cost for any returned item for exchange is at the customer’s expense.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?
Refunds for styles returned are usually processed on the day that we receive back the item in good condition. Refund payment takes between 3 working days to be remitted into your account depending on your service provider policy. Please note that the original shipping charge is non-refundable.

CAN I RETURN AFTER THE DESIGNATED RETURN PERIOD?
We are sorry, we can’t accept returns for unwanted items after the returns timeframe above. If you try to make a return after the timeframe given, We will not accept the item(s), and we will not be responsible if forcefully returned.

ON SALES
Note: Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted scheme cannot be exchanged.

On size exchange consideration, customer will pay the price difference of the original price for any item bought on sale.

Size exchange consideration will only apply if the item size is available for exchange.

RETURNS ON TRANSIT
Please note that if the items get damaged during transit due to improper packaging, you will be responsible for any additional costs depending on damage extent.

We reserve the right to decline your refund if your Return does not comply with the terms stated above.

I ONLY SEE THE OPTION TO RETURN MY ORDER VIA ONE COURIER. AM I ABLE TO RETURN IT WITH ANY OTHER COURIER?
Your order must be returned through our courier partner – Red Star Express. Exceptions would be made for other courier companies if Returns will be done during the weekends and public holidays.

All inter-state (Outside Lagos) purchases should be returned through our courier partners – Red Star Express (Fed Ex)

All Intra-city (within Lagos) purchases can be returned via our AllêbyApril courier.

We can also request package pickup from the customer, through our courier partners – Red Star Express (Fed Ex) or AllêbyApril courier on behalf of the customer, while the delivery fee will be remitted to us by the customer.

In the case of customers using their desired courier, customer will bear the cost and responsibly for (e.g., damaged item, loss of package etc.)
